Batch No. 1 provided us with $8,617.17, which was donated to the United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley. These funds help provide food for their Saturday of Caring program that serves Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.
$5,357.75 from Batch No. 2 was donated to the Salem Community Food Pantry. That donation helped provide 200 Thanksgiving turkeys, and the remaining funds will go toward supplying Christmas hams for families in need.
$1,500 from Batch No. 2 was donated Second Harvest Food Bank of The Mahoning Valley.
